Policy Wizard works collaboratively with  clients, developing easily read policies in a timely and cost efficient way.


Policies show that an organisation is being managed in an efficient and businesslike way, show solidity, and ensure consistency in the operations and procedures. These include policies related to employee dues and obligations, specific acceptable and unacceptable workplace behaviours, and safety systems.

Policies and procedures are core to the provision of a safe and high-quality service in all organisations. Having well-documented policies and procedures in place allows individuals involved in a service to know what to do in certain situations.

For NFPs, strong policies demonstrate good governance and strategic direction, but they may lack the internal resources to undertake policy audits, drafting and consultation.
